The first step to the application
process, is filling out an Aggie Angels application, which is available online as well as in Koldus Rm. 239. The application
should be filled out with great detail, indepth answers, and should be creative and well decorated.
The second step is the reviewing of the applications. Once the applications
have been reviewed the officers will then select typically 70 appilcants to attend the mandatory socail and to interview.
The third step is the mandatory social. The social is typically held
at a local restaraunt and is a mixer type of event, so that the girls can come, mingle, get to know, and enjoy dinner on the
Angels. This event is mandatory and will effect whether or not you become an Aggie Angel if not attended.
The fourth step is then the interview process. The interviews are done in groups
of 3 to 4 girls. The girls will all sit in front of a panel of 4 people, which include; the president, the advisor, the marketing
leader, and an assistant coach. Questions will be asked to all the girls, about 3 or 4 total to get a good feel for the girls
and to understand their reasoning for wanting to be an Aggie Angel.
The fifth and final step is the selection of the applicants.
Once all the applicants have been interviewed, we will then select about 28-30 girls, depending on how many we saw potential
in, and then call and post the list of the new members for the organization. We usually like to call them that night so that
they don't have to wait to look and see in the morning.
